Numina can identify the possible potential of your client based on trend analysis and benchmarking data for you within the 'Future Numbers' screen in Clarity. This is an amazing tool to use when prepping for a client meeting.
It is important to note that you should not use Numina in front of a client during a meeting, Numina is here to guide you and suggest different potential percentage's based on trend analysis and benchmarking data.
Within the 'Current Numbers' screen, you can select 'Get AI Assistance' - this button will open the chat function with Numina who will then analyse the period selected and analyse the data between prior periods.
Once you have selected this button, Numina's chat function will appear on the right hand side of your screen. Numina will begin to ask you if you would like assistance, at this point you can choose to say 'Yes' and she will continue to assist you
After confirming you would like to proceed, Numina will then begin to produce an analysis of your client's potential.
To prepare the results, Numina is looking at the trend analysis of the client to see what their potential can be but Numina is also using the benchmarking data we have in Clarity to give an option of a Safe, Middling and Speculative target to aim for.
This is amazing when preparing for the meeting because when the client says they are unsure of what their target numbers should be, you can use the preparation from this report to advise your client on where they should aim. Or your client may suggest a target which per the report is a Speculative figure, you could then potentially guide your client to go for a Safe or Middling target figure instead based on the results Numina has provided.
Numina will give you the option to download these results as a PDF or Word Document.
As mentioned above, you should not use Numina in front of a client during a meeting, Numina is here to help you with suggested points and trends when you are preparing for the meeting. This will help speed the preparation process up and confirms to your team members that they do have the necessary knowledge and skills to have these meetings.
