As explained in a separate article here, Numina can create industry specific Action Plans for your client based on the SIC code selected. However, you may have some additional industry specific actions that you want to include.
You can then add these prior to your meeting when prepping in advance for your upcoming meeting, where you will create an Action Plan with the client.
By going to Settings > Action Plan, you will see the Action Plan Tasks Templates screen. Here you can create and edit templates.
To create and edit an industry specific template prior to your meeting, just select the company that you would like to create one for. Then press the button called '+Generate Numina Sector Specific Template'
This will create a template based on the industry of the chosen client. The industry is picked up from the clients Industry in settings.
You can change a clients Industry within Advanced Settings, find out more on how to do this here
Once you have generated the Numina Specific template, you can easily edit the actions Numina has created or add Subtasks
To use the template you have just prepared, when creating the action plan just select the relevant template.
We recommend renaming the template to clearly identify it i.e 'Firm Name & Sector Name' - this also then stops the client from seeing that Numina has produced the template.
You can do this by selecting the pen icon here
If you want industry specific acton points in the meeting, but don't want to add any action points to it then select 'Numina Sector Specific Template (new)' - Numina will then create an industry specific action plan as explained here
