Within tasks in Clarity, you can create a Personal Task or a general Task.

A Personal Task is a task you want to add for yourself, this might be something you have said you would do for a client or something you need to do following your meeting with our Member Success Team.

When creating a Personal Task you can:

  • Add the title of the task

  • Include a description of what needs to be achieved

  • Pick a deadline the task is due to be completed by

A general Task is a task that you want to add for a client, this may be something they need to do following creating their action plan or this could be something you think they should do following a meeting or phone call with them.

When creating a general Task you can:

  • Add the title of the task

  • Include a description of what needs to be achieved

  • Choose which section this task applies to for example, revenue

  • Select the company this task relates to

  • Choose an assignee that this task is for

  • Pick a deadline the task is due to be completed by

Here you could also create a task internally for a member of your team, just select your firm as the company and then choose an assignee i.e which member of the team this task is for

Your clients can see their tasks, if you give them access to Clarity. See this help article here to learn how to do this
