Re - Xero import. Please be aware that only one team member needs to import the client list. If multiple team members import the same client list you will notice duplicates. If this occurs, open the Portfolio screen and select all the clients you need to delete (by clicking the small square to the left of them) then click Actions at the top of the column (still on the Portfolio screen) and click "delete clients".
The reason this happens is because of the way the Xero API works. It is based per user rather than per company.
