We've now added service maps into your Clarity account for ease of access. Service maps help in three key areas. The first being "structure", so that everyone in the firm knows what to do at what time. The second being that you or your team are not overdelivering and thereby minimising scope creep and thirdly, service maps create a repeatable, scalable and consistent approach to your business advisory services across the firm.

You can now find service maps all within Clarity to hold yourselves and your clients accountable on their advisory journey. Click Documents and select the relevant service map.

Your team will know exactly what to do, and when, to deliver for each client on the relevant suggested service level. Each Service Map stage links to the relevant area of the Clarity platform.
