From October 1st, all members will be required to use two-factor authentication in order to login to the Clarity platform. We understand your business puts its trust in Clarity. This is why we continue to invest in our platform, with data privacy and security as a top priority. We’ve adopted a new policy to require two-factor authentication for all users of Clarity accounts.

Watch the below video for a step by step guide for how to enable multi factor authentication:

Click the icon in the top right hand side of your account, select Security and you will appear at the page below.

Download and install the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device. This can be found on the App Store for Apple users and Google Play Store for Android users.

Scan the QR-Code which will appear on your computer screen and you will receive a 6 digit code on your mobile device to input to your computer screen. Click Save at the bottom of your computer screen. We recommend you save the next page which says "please save your 2FA recovery codes". Then click Done. You will see a page like the image below and you will have successfully configured your 2FA (multi factor authentication).

If you have questions or concerns about this change, please let us know.

Thanks for helping us maintain the security of your Clarity account.
