You may be faced with a client changing from annual accounts in a prior year to quarterly accounts in the current year.
Firstly, identify your manual entry clients from within the portfolio screen. Look for the keyboard icon next to their name.
Select the relevant client and click Settings, Data at the top of the screen.
Scroll down and ensure you've selected the correct financial year on the left before updating the calculation period on the right.
Clarity will prompt you asking to confirm the recalculation method. Click Confirm.
You will then see the updated financials on a quarterly basis.
