Initial report error - zero FTE

Ensure the full time equivalents are more than 0 before generating a report to avoid an internal server error

If you ever receive an "internal server error" when downloading a report, it will be because the FTE (full time equivalents) are not completed. Ensure the number is above 0.

To quickly use reports, click Reports on the top banner.

Choose your respective report and add an "improvement" on the slider before clicking download and confirm.

If you receive an error, add the FTE in the Settings, Data, Full Time Equivalents.

To add FTEs across your whole client base quickly, click into the Portfolio and add them within the FTE section.
