Numina can help identify clients who based on their numbers would benefit from an advisory meeting and in turn help you to initially get some easy wins.

Numina will first identify 10 clients to contact based on their cash gap and have revenue between 50 and 300k, these clients would be what we call the 'low hanging fruit'. You can read more about the profit window and criteria here.

You can continue to repeat this process, next time Numina will pick a different selection of clients i.e Medium priority clients.

Within portfolio view, you can select 'Get AI Assistance' - this button will open the chat function with Numina

Once selecting this button, Numina's chat function will appear on the right hand side of your screen. Numina will begin to ask you if you would like assistance, at this point you can choose to say 'Yes' and she will continue to assist you

Once you have agreed to continue by choosing 'Yes' - Numina will confirm what period you would like to use, at this point you can choose to select another period if you wanted to.

After confirming the period you would like to choose Numina will then confirm what percentage the profit slider should be i.e 10 or 20%.

After confirming this, Numina will first identify 10 clients to contact based on their cash gap and have revenue between 50 and 300k, these clients would be what we call the 'low hanging fruit'. You can read more about the profit window and criteria here.

You can see Numina's recommendations in the ‘Numina Identified Clients’ column in the Advisory DealFlow board.

You can then decide from here whether to contact these clients and move them around in the DealFlow board.

You can continue to repeat this process, next time Numina will pick a different selection of clients i.e Medium priority clients
