When downloading the Business Improvement Report (BIR), you can choose to send the BIR in lieu of the Initial Report for more sophisticated clients or, the recommended approach to send to clients after the initial clarity meeting.

The difference being, using the BIR in lieu of the Initial Report you would simply move the "change all" slider at the top of the screen. For sending out after the initial meeting you would have moved all of the levers (5 levers of success) as per your conversation with the client.

That is why you will see two options when downloading the report, either, "all sliders" or "specific sliders". All sliders = in lieu of initial report. Specific sliders = after the initial clarity meeting.

The 5 levers of success are; Revenue, Gross Profit, Operating Profit, Revenue Per Employee and Cash Days. You can adjust all 5 levers by the same percentage (on the right hand side) at the top of the screen. Or, you can adjust each lever separately depending on the outcome you'd like to achieve.

You can download the report from the left hand side. When you click "Download PDF" you will be greeted with an option of which report you'd like to download.

The All slider report, or the Specific slider report. You can also choose which template you'd like to use by clicking "Reassign Template" underneath. These can be edited from within your firm profile under Settings.

The difference between the two versions of the BIR is the wording used in the report.
